1. The dry rod mill has uniform grinding particle size, and the product particle size performance in open circuit grinding operation is almost the same as that in closed circuit grinding operation of ball mill;
2. Adopting advanced controllable feeding and discharging technology, combined with suitable grinding bodies for actual users' grinding materials, the traditional surface contact has been changed to linear contact, making the discharge particle size of the rod mill more uniform;

4. The material particle size characteristics of a dry rod mill are related to its grinding process. When the steel rod collides or rubs against the ore, it first grinds the coarse material before grinding the smaller particles, thus reducing the phenomenon of over grinding;
5. When the steel rod rises along the lining plate, coarse particles are sandwiched between them, like a bar sieve, allowing fine particles to pass through the gaps of the rod. This is also beneficial for crushing coarse particles and concentrating them at the grinding point of the steel rod. Therefore, the product of the rod grinding is more uniform.
Working principle | Process diagram of dry rod mill | The working principle of a dry rod mill is the same as that of a wet rod mill, both of which are driven by a motor and surrounding large gears to reduce speed and drive the cylinder to rotate. The cylinder is equipped with a suitable grinding medium - steel rod. Under the action of centrifugal force and frictional force, the grinding medium is lifted to a certain height and falls in a throwing or releasing state. The ground material continuously enters the interior of the cylinder through the feeding port, is crushed by the moving grinding medium, and is discharged from the machine through overflow and continuous feeding force for the next process operation. technical parameter |
